This policy explains what this website collects, why, and who it goes to. Summit Heights is a residential community in Brookhaven, Georgia, managed by Gallery Residential, LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the community and its management.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you request a tour, you give us your first and last name and email address and, if you choose, your phone number, desired move-in date, floor plan interest, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, financial details, or any government identifier, and you should not send those through the form. If you use the chat, we receive what you type there and any name, email or phone number you give. If you call us, we receive your phone number and the details of the call.
• What your browser sends. Like any website, the servers that host this site receive standard technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the page requested. We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. See “Cookies and other companies' content” below.

Why we collect it

Tour requests are used to answer you, schedule a tour, and follow up about leasing at this community. Technical request information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems. We do not use either to make automated decisions about you. Analytics counts show which pages people visit, so we can improve the site. Call tracking shows which page or source led someone to call.

Cookies and other companies' content

This site sets no advertising cookies. Some features are provided by other companies, and their content can set its own cookies or receive your IP address when it loads:

• Google Analytics 4 counts visits and the pages viewed. We set it up with advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals turned off. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Google Analytics stores no analytics cookies on your device and receives only cookieless measurements.
• CallRail swaps in a tracking phone number so we can tell which page or source led to a call, and uses cookies to remember how you arrived. When you call that number, CallRail records the number you call from and the time and length of the call.
• NurtureBoss runs the chat window. What you type in the chat goes to NurtureBoss and the leasing team.
• SightMap shows the interactive floor plan map on the Floor Plans page.
• Entrata provides the availability listing on the Floor Plans page and the online application behind Apply Now.
• OpenStreetMap provides the map images on the Neighborhood page.

Each handles that information under its own privacy policy. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps directions, Instagram, Facebook, and the resident portal, load nothing until you follow them.

Who we share it with

Tour requests are delivered to the on-site leasing team and stored in the systems this community uses to manage leasing. Chat conversations go through NurtureBoss, and calls to the number shown on this site go through CallRail; both deliver them to the leasing team. Companies that host this site and store its files process data on our behalf. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell or share your personal information.

How long we keep it

Tour requests, chat conversations and call records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for the period the community's records policy requires, then deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below.
• Stop leasing emails by replying to any message and asking, or by using the unsubscribe link where one is present.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and Google Analytics stores no analytics cookies on your device. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings also stops these services from keeping theirs.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Tell us what you want and we will do what applies.

Fair housing

This community is an equal housing opportunity provider. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law. Nothing collected through this site is used to target or exclude anyone on those grounds.

Children

This site is meant for adults inquiring about a home. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Tour requests are sent over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
